RETURNS & REFUNDS
* Due to majority of our products being personalised, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or change of party theme, or if your event has been cancelled or if your order does not arrive in time of your celebration unless your order was sent outside of our terms.
* If the item purchased did not require a proof & the item is received with incorrect spelling, we will send another order within 2 days via express post. If there is insufficient time for another to be sent a refund will be given.
* If your order is incorrect or damaged you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
* If your order is damaged we will require a photo/s of proof of damage and the order will be re-done and posted express post ASAP, or if there is insufficient time, either digital copies will be sent & the print/digital difference will be refunded, or if digital copies cannot be sent a refund will be given.
* If a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be deposited back into the payment method used on purchase - Paypal, Afterpay or Direct Deposit.
* If you have ordered the incorrect size, a new order will need to be placed for the correct size
SHIPPING
* All digital & emailed orders can be emailed worldwide. All printed & posted products are only shipped within Australia
* Digital & emailed orders that do not require a proof will usually be sent within 2-5 business days. Digital & emailed orders that require a proof, the proof will be sent within 2-5 business days. Once approval is received the high resolution files will be sent within 1-2 business days
* Print & posted/Product orders that do not reuire a proof will be processed within 1-2 weeks. Print & posted/Product orders that require a proof, a proof will be sent within 2-5 business days, Once approval is received the order will be processed within 2-6 business days
* Print and posted/product orders are sent via Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post delivery times for post timeframes.
* We offer $9.50 flat rate for standard shipping or $12 flat rate for express shipping.
* An email will be sent with your tracking code and your order will be updated with the tracking number. If you have set up an account you can login and check the tracking number if you did not receive or have lost the email.
